How many days of the week are you available? 

We are available, Monday through Saturday.  Saturdays are short days and appointments are limited.

What are your hours of operations?  Currently our hours of operation are from 4a.m.-8p.m.

Do you carry both adults and children? 

Yes.  Currently we only carry adults but, if you have an appointment for a child, the parent or authorized caretaker must also ride and manage child at all times.

Do you pick up patients from the hospital? 

Yes, we do pick up patients returning home or to another facility, but they must not need to have ambulatory needs. Ex, IV's, stretchers. heart pumps, etc.

Do you currently take insurance? 

No, it is currently self-pay.  We will be looking into taking clients with insurance.

Do you pick up outside of Goldsboro?

Yes, I pick up in the surrounding counties within a hundred-mile radius.

Do you pick up at Nursing Homes and/or Hospice facilities?

Yes, we do pick up at both nursing homes and hospice facilities.

Do you transport to or from the military base? 

Yes, we will serve our veterans from the various cities and counties.

Do you pick up in the case of an emergency?

Yes, we do pick up in an emergency as long as you don't need special ambulatory care.

Are you able to take more than one patient at a time to doctor appointments?

Yes, we would prefer to take more than one patient at a time and long as they are going to the same facility or withing close proximity.

How far ahead would you have to schedule a ride for a non-emergency appointment?

We would like you to schedule 24-48 hours in advance.

Would you pick up a client for other medical visits?  Ex. Dental, dermatology, etc.

Yes, we will take clients to other appointments. 

How much do you charge?

Charges depend on where you are going and how you are going.
